Raphael Frascogna

Founder, Strategic Mantra

Raphael Frascogna is a charity CEO and sport-led community impact specialist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of football, education and social change.

He is CEO of the Paul Canoville Foundation — the charity founded by Chelsea FC's first Black player — where he has led operational transformation, secured a three-year strategic funding partnership with Chelsea FC Foundation, and built a national Education Partner network reaching tens of thousands of young people annually. He is also the founder of Football vs Cancer, which has raised over £125,000 for childhood cancer charities, and a founding director of Yaxley Community Sports Club CIC.
